Steak looks Perfect !!
Nice Job, Robert!!
Like.

Once again I thank you sir. The kind words are appreciated.

Nice piece of work Robert, you nailed it! Since receiving the package of CPB roasts, ribs, and steaks you sent to me I've come to realize it's the most flavorful beef on the planet, doesn't get any better than that.

Appreciate it Ray and yes, I've become a huge fan of the CPB products as you well know. Interestingly also is that I'm getting better quality meat for far less than what can be had in the grocery stores.

Great job Robert, what a nice lookin' meal buddy!

I agree you nailed it brother.

AZ!! Great to see you buddy and thanks so much for the accolades. Hope you're coming along and improving. Can't wait to see you here in full swing.

that looks just perfect!! Nice work Robert!

Thank you Dave. I've come to somewhat rely on the instant read therms to take the guess work out of coking meat.

Yeah I'm not a Sirloin guy. I will admit though that looks real good and would have a hard time passing that up.

I never had really been a sirloin fan either but these came highly recommended by my sales manager at CPB. He's never steered me wrong so I gave them a shot and am glad I did. Believe me when I tell you that these are not your stereotypical grocery store sirloins.

We have family coming for a few days so essentially we need to turn the home in better homes and gardens I guess.

Thanks Jeff!! I know what you mean about company coming into town. We had that last week. Tracy worked all week, I had a lot of down time, so guess who got to make the house worthy of Better Homes & Gardens :emoji_wink:

Robert those look absolutely phenomenal!
That is the way I like beef cooked!

Thanks so much Al. I truly appreciate it sir.

Oh my does that look good. That little salad thing does delicious!

Thank you Brian. We eat a lot of salads around here so I'm always doing different combinations of veggies to have some variety. That one was really tasty.

Robert

Man that looks great! And the tater and salad just adds to the greatness!

Thanks so much Jim. 10 minutes in the micro for the tater. Cut salad while tater is cooking. Flash blast steak and we're eating in 15 or 20 minutes. Quick, simple, and darned tasty.

Good looking meal, Robert. I do enjoy a sirloin steak on occasion.

Appreciate it Gary. I'll promise you this: as good as these are, those occasions will be much more frequent around here :emoji_wink:

Wow, that looks delicious.

Well done...

Thank you JC. I was happy with the way it looked and equally as happy with the flavor.

Those look outstanding!

The kind words are appreciated. Decent equipment can take a lot of the guess work out of things, which I've come to rely on to a large degree.

Robert, looks absolutely incredible! We love the texture of the sirloins as well, and your pictures capture that "grainy-ness" to perfection!

JOE!! Nice to see you among us sir. I have you to blame (thank??) for these. Your recommendation on the sirloin roasts was spot on. Those things are amazing.

Just outstanding Robert. That steak was cooked to absolute perfection!

Thank you John. Got Joe at CPB to thank for the meat and Jeff to thank for the rub. Outside of that I thank Inkbird for their instant read thermometer. I was just the vessel that brought it together, but it sure was good!!

Robert

Hot damn! That’s one perfectly cooked steak, very nice!

I really like those dark rubs on steaks, it really gives that nice contrast with the inside, and they taste pretty good too!

Looks great Robert. Although I'm not sure I could sell the blackend look to my wife.

Point for sure
Chris
