quick question

I have never smoked ABT's and stuffed jalapeno;s buy my question is you guys smoke these. Sometimes when I cook out I make Stuffed jalapenos and grill them, Uf you smoke them do you use a stand?

Smoke them like you grill them. I cut mine in half, stuff, wrap with bacon and just throw them on the grates.

I do pigs in a canoe aka boats, cut in half, clean out the seads an viens then stuff with cream cheese an 4 cheese taco scredded, then put a little smokey on top held with a toothpick.

I bought a tray from wally world in the bbq section that has holes in it, looks like a cookie tray with holes in it. Worker real well fer pigs in a canoe.
