Thanks, Dave. Absolutely one of my favorite meals. Breakfast can get pretty monotonous without a little creativity. Memories of Navy days on ships. Same stuff every morning. This dish is definitely not monotonous... unless eaten every day.

Looks great, going to fire up my 17" Blackstone and make this for breakfast this morning, gave my 36" to my son as the 17" is a great size for 2 old folk, I can also set the top off and it will set in the sink for a easy wash lol

Well its quick and easy, poured the eggs over the sausage and hashbrowns then some sharp cheddar lol. thanks for the idea

Great looking scramble and nice way to make it single pan. I used to make my scrambles in a similar manner with each component getting its turn in a CI pan and then spending the remainder of the time on a plate until everything but the eggs were done. Last step was to put all the parts back in the pan, add eggs, cook until almost done and finish with the cheese. That usually gave me time to clean up all the plates and use them to serve the final scramble. It took a fair amount of time, but worked. Now I am spoiled with a flat top on the deck.
