Smoke Blower
I've got a friend who wants me to help him install a commercial smoker. I don't do a whole lot with LP so this might be stupid. Do I need to worry about the manifold pressure listed or just the supply pressure to the gas valve? I can do all the piping, that's no problem. Just want to make sure we have the correct pressure to the unit.
