Quality of A-Maze-N products

I have the purchased the 12-inch smoking tube and the smoking tray.  I have used their pellets and their "dust" for the tray.  The smoking hardware and the fuel are excellent.  Their products deliver EXACTLY as promised and advertised.  This is good stuff that seems to be the standard.  I have a Camp Chef pellet grill and use it weekly.  However, when I need cold smokes, I pull out the A-Maze-N smokers and use the product I need to get the job done.  Very dependable and easy to use.

Agreed and Todd's customer service is second to none! I have purchased several products and was given a few for testing. Never had an issue when following directions. Todd is also a major supporter of our Throwdown contests and Gatherings provid8ng prizes and give aways. Thank you Todd...JJ

Well I think I'm sold. As soon as I get some extra scratch, I think I may have to get the tray and try some cold smoking.

You can count me as another fan.  I have my Char Broil electric smoker modified, just so I can use an A-Maze-N smoker as my primary smoke source.  It doesn't matter if I'm cold smoking cheese or doing a BBQ pork butt - I'm probably using the AMTS.  I love the pellets, too.  Sure, you can get bulk grill pellets pretty cheap, but I like knowing that, when I order Pecan, I'm getting 100% Pecan.  Besides, at most, it only takes about 1# of pellets to do a smoke, so a 20# box will probably get you through most of the season.  Now that I think about it, I might be low on Apple.....

I will pile on to say that the amazen products i have are first rate. My wife bought me a A-MAZE-N tray for my birthday after we saw one at the NC smoker gathering last year and i was surprised at how well it worked. i don't have a first hand account of the customer svc but i have heard only positive things about their Customer service. If you are thinking of getting something form them do it you wont be disappointed.

I completely agree. Todd's products are top notch quality and second to none. His customer service is by far the best i have ever seen in any industry. Every time i stop by the shop to pick up pellets and pick Todd's brain i am treated like family.
