QMaster-jr hook-up

Hi all hope i can find some help here. Trying my first time using my QMaster-jr and just can not get it to work no mater what i do the only way i can get the fan to come on is on Manual its got to be a operator error i even went back to Default and still cant get it Help

I am located in Fort Worth tx any one close that can help set
