those are beauties........are they done yet lol.....Hey all, was doing a couple pork shoulders for some PP for a neighborhood Q party..... Thought, never waste grate space.... So tossed on a bunch of nice beef back ribs.... A shout out to my better half that found these & called me..... Usually ya can't find beef back ribs with much meat on them.... These were on special for 2.99/lb. So
with my son helping, here we go......

Had with the ribs some fresh corn on the cob & a salad with broccoli, peas in pod & the rest of the good ole stuff !
