I am really enjoying this. Smoking, eating, smoking, eating.....

I've had these Briskets in the smoker since oh eight hundred and they are ready to come off. They were a lot smaller briskets than I am used to getting at Costco, but I figured .. what the heck!

What a great website. I learned everything here including that you get more experience points Q viewing than anything else!!!

The pictures aren't as clear on this one as I used my new camera phone to take the photos this time

Great looking vittles, Policecom! Letting the juice from the brisket drip into the beans will provide great flavor, and those briskets look great too!!!

You are right! The beans were exceptional! The beans are almost a meal in itself with all the bacon and other veggies in them
