Had to exchange my MES130 yesterday morning. Put it together and seasoned it for a few hours before throwing a 3lb chuck roast on there. We checked out a local micro brew place for a few pints while that was going. They finished up at about 195 before I cubed and sauced em. They turned out pretty darn good. We had a caprese and baked potatoes with this.
