I smoked a whole mess last weekend and took out two for dinner last night and heated them on the grill and crisped them up a bit. Can't beat them!

They turned out great, love that lil smoker, although I'll be glad when the big one is fixed.

Probably gonna do some ribs for just me and the wife on the 4th, no big party planned, we both have to work part of the day.
