I ate at Spitfire in Fargo, ND this evening not bad Q. I had the rib sampler and preferred the KC style (which I'm generally more of a dry rub guy). The also had some with a Rasberry glaze but weren't my thing, not bad mind you. They had what appeared to be a Lang 64 setting out back but wasn't in use when I pulled by also had a large catering setup in the parking lot. The building looked like they had taken over a failed chain restaurant. I asked the girl behind the bar if they were a chain and she said "nope we are one of a kind". Anyways thought I would share my experience, I would go back if in town.

The restaurant struck me as someone living the dream.

Hey Carpet I live about a mile form Spitfire and love most everything they have but I do agree on the Raspberry gazed ribs, not bad just not for me. Did you by chance try the little spitfires? They are fantastic......i posted about them today

No I'm nursing a pretty severe summer cold and didn't think those would be wise. Get to go home to Missouri in the morning and I'm ready.

Is that a Lang out back?
