mouth watering that looks. So is that a bone in the pork i see? - is it better to smoke with the bone in a shoulder pork cut for pulled pork?

that was a boneless chris-that is the fat cap u see-I wouldn't think theres a diff whether bone in -just take to internal safe temp.I doing another this WE.along with chops and loin-u know what they say about a full smoker.it all freezes well & easy dinner fixins.
 
i have done it both ways bob.......i find bone in gives it more flavor........
the boneless flops around too much........
