Smokin 3 8 pound butts tomorrow. Got 25 ppl guranteed with a possibility of 50 but dont expect 50. Sides and salads all to be there as well. Should be plenty?

You won't end up with 25 pounds of finished product though. Your yield will only be 50-60% of uncooked weight.

Ya theres not gonna be 50 thats a max amount and between the pork sandwhiches and the beans and the salads and potatoes im hoping ill be good. Its a celebration of life thing for someone who passed so its not really about the food anyway. So im just gonna cook and when its gone its gone
