Looks delish from here. I have done chucks in the crock pot many times and pork butts in the oven in a dutch oven. It may be lazy but it sure tastes good.

yea this came out really good. i think if i would have let it go for 10 hours it would have been really really tender. but for 8 hours it was very tender also.

A porkbutt comes out good in a slow cooker too, it will just take a lot longer
