So i had alittle pulled pork leftover from last weekend so decided to make some tacos!!! Man was i glad i did!!! Got them a little full to wrap properly. LOL

Tacos & enchiladas are two of my favorite uses for any leftover Q!! Great with some scrambled eggs for breakfast tacos too!! :)

Same here.
I did my first Butt this last weekend.
Had Soft Tacos on Monday with Guac, cheese and Pico de Gaillo (sp?).

MMM good.
I think I like them more than the PP Sandwiches.

Next time I plan to use more chili and chipotle pepper in my rub.

Pulled pork tacos are easily my favorite use for leftovers.  Any mexican food will do, though.  They make great enchiladas, and simply amazing nachos too!

By coincidence, I ordered some pulled pork nachos a couple weeks ago at Red Hook brewery. My wife tried them and said, "Where's the smoke flavor? Yours is much better." And this is from a gal who rarely gives compliments.

I guess that was a hint that I need to do some more pulled pork soon. Hopefully the weather will co-operate.
