Sorry for the lack of q-view but I tried both pizza dough and puff pastry and found the puff pastry to be both quicker and easier to make with a higher percentage of filling vs. crust.
I still have a bunch of excessively pulled pork so I think I'll try egg roll wrappers and tortillas tonight. I think the one guy at work who is on a diet and cant eat any of this is annoyed since I've been bringing these in every morning (plus some ABTs today).
I have a couple tubes of pizza dough that I have used for diffent varieties of Strombolie, but I like what you did with the pulled pork, I just smoked 2-8lb. pork shoulders last Sunday.Thanks for the idea.
