Reheated my leftover pork from the 4th in a small sauce pan with a lid on low. Splashed some apple juice in to rehydrate and shook in some more Meat Church Honey Hog rub to kick up the flavor some more.

Layered Tostitos chips on a sheet pan and covered with lots of freshly grated Monterey Jack cheese and mild jarred Jalepenos.

Baked the chips/cheese in the oven on 350 until melted.

Heated up a jar of Kroger brand yellow mild queso.

Topped the nachos with the pork, queso, some fresh store-bought pico de gallo and drizzled with Melissa Cookston Bold bbq sauce.

Looks good! Ive noticed that sometimes the meals generated from leftover PP are better than the original course!

Man, that looks good! I love nachos, they can be messy, but that makes them fun to eat. Haha

Definitely. I enjoy nachos more than sandwiches, even though those are good too. Tacos are also great!
