Pulled Pork Burritos!!!

I should have known that smoking an 8lb butt I was gonna have more leftovers than I know what to do with...kinda like turkey on thanksgiving.  So I suggested burritos to the wife and she thought it was a wonderful suggestion!! WIN WIN !

Oh yea you want tons of extras of pulled pork. At least I always do. You can make a ton of things or best of all I just freeze it so one night when you are looking for a good meal pull out your Q from the freezer and have some wonderful pulled pork.
