Made a batch of pulled chicken yesterday. great stuff and real easy. followed Jeffs recipe; quick brine, rub and cook. Made about 4.5lb to ensure a few packs for the freezer. it was about 16 thighs.

Here I have a whopping two pics. Before and done. I was tight on time finishing yard work and downing margs...what can I say...

That looks wonderful Sandy, nice piece of work, Like! RAY

Dang that looks good! Have to look that one up. Was that smoked or just done in oven? And now I'm craving a margarita .

Good job!

That's some beautiful chicken Dave!! Good job my friend. One thing I've learned about yard work while being married to a woman who got a degree in horticulture just to torment me: too much yard work can seriously cut into the margarita time. You MUST get your priorities straight and forego the yard work. Margs are vastly more important than cutting grass or limbing up trees. Trust me on this buddy....I learned the hard way :emoji_laughing:

Good advice for a good friend,
Robert

I will take that advice!

smoked them for about 4 hours give or take. slapped some rub butter on part way through, then sauced for the last 30-60 min. I wasnt tracking this all that well.. the times are estimates based on marg time.
