Hello everyone. My name is Rian, pronounced "Ryan", and I live in Western Washington State about 30 minutes south of Seattle in a city called Puyallup, pronounced "pew-all-up". I have been smoking about a year now and I am using a Traeger Lil' Tex. My favorite thing to cook so far is baby back ribs, chicken thighs, and brats. I have done a pork butt and a brisket with great success thanks to my newsletter I've been getting the last 8 months. I bought Jeff's rub and sauce and my family and I absolutly LOVE them both. Thats about it for now. I look forward to picking all your brains and learning the tricks to good BBQ.
