I made Chicago style hot dogs for lunch today - all beef franks, mustard, relish, onion, tomatoes, pickled hot peppers and a pickle spear with a sprinkling of celery salt. (It don't get no better than this.)

5grillzntn's link has got you covered. It can be hard to find the poppy seed buns and the sport peppers in some parts of the country. In a pinch you can shake a few poppy seeds onto the buns and use pepperonchini peppers.
