PSA: Chargriller Duo $179 @ Krogers

I don't know if you have a Kroger's grocery store in your area but the one near my house has their Chargriller Duo combo gas/charcoal grill on clearance for $179 (Normally about $250-300). Add the side fire box and you will have an all in one gas grill +charcoal grill +smoker with a side burner charcoal starter unit. Some good pictures over at the smoke ring.
