Hi all,

I'm looking to add a small propane grill to my lineup. What are you using, and what would you recommend ?

I'm looking at something along the lines of a Napoleon Freestyle or Weber Spirit.

I'd like it to be small-ish (2 or 3 burners), and a side burner would be great. I'd be using it for basic weekday dinner cooks for 3 to 4 people.

Dont need it urgently. I'll probably wait for a July 4th sale. Now I'm just doing a downselect.

A weber kettle and a heavily modified masterbuilt analog smoker are the other tools in my quiver.

Napoleon Freestyle or Weber Spirit.
Both good choices in my opinion . I have a Genesis 310 . 2016 , either Memorial day or 4th of July sale . Waiting for the holiday sales is the way to do it . Probably save $100.00 .
I see Lowes carries Monument grills now . No experience with one , but they seems nice .

The Weber Genesis E-330 or E-335 are top shelf 3 burner/w sear burner grills! They also have a E-330 stealth that is cool!

They also have a new spirit E-325 that has sear burner function that looks promising!

I would vote for a Weber. I have an older Genesis...probably 10+ years old at least. nothing has broken/wore out ever. Deep clean annually is all. I did add grill grates which are a great upgrade, but that was only 2 years ago.

I looked at the current models... civilsmoker civilsmoker named the one that is the closest match to mine. Have fun shopping!

Weber gets my vote! Have a Weber summitt for years now and one igniter has stopped working, but not bad for five burners. At minimum, eight years old.

Weber for sure. My two burner Silver A has lasted 23 yrs and counting (w replacement burners and flavorizer bars).

Another vote for Weber as well! Only reason we don't have our old Genesis is because we gifted it to another family member. Still going strong being used weekly!

Yes Weber for me also. I have a Summit that is 20 years old and still going strong. As ajbert ajbert said get one that is stainless steel. Will cost a bit more but will pay for itself in longevity.
