All. Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on this

A few months ago I made up a prototype unit out if plywood and 2x4. This smoker worked as a smoker, oven, and dehydrator. I have since put through several hundred pounds of jerky and sausage and the concept is working great. So now I am looking to take it to the next level. I plan to obtain some sort of stainless insulated cabinet and move over many of my components, element, blower etc.

One thing that I am looking to improve upon is the controller. I currently have a pid that I got from auberins and I use that to control the temp. What I would really like to do is have some sort of programmable unit that I can use that can accept multiple temp inputs and control multiple devices based on the temp inputs or times. This would take much of the constant monitoring out of making jerky or sausage

So for example I'd like the unit to be able to control my electric smoke box, the heating element, and the blower. So when I load up the sausage I can just select a program and the controller does all the work of turning on the smoker for a certain amount of time then after that is done. Turning up the heat until a specific internal temp is reached and then shut everything down.

Nothing on the Auberins site seems to be this advanced. Anyone have any idea what I would need to pull something like this off. Any thoughts are appreciated
