:yahoo:I have a Bradley digital four rack smoker and I have smoked several things , chickens , turkeys, tri tip , brisket , picnic roast and so on and so on , the flavor is ok but it lacks the smokey flavor I like
I have tried several flavor biscuits and still not a smokey flavor.
I smoke a picnic roast on my vision ceramic BBQ / smoker and it WONDERFUL !!
Tender , juicy and that smokey flavor I've been looking for why? Why can't the Bradley do this what am I doing wrong ?

I don't have the Bradley, but from what I understand the Bradley has two cords, one for the chamber and one for the smoke generator.

Do you actually get smoke from the generator? I'm a little lost on how to help but I would like to help.

I have spent many years trouble shooting all kinds of equipment as well as designing systems.

I had a bradley for a few years before I moved out of state and had to leave it.  Are you smoking continuously or just a couple hours?  Some people feel that damp chips or chunks give better smoke, and that could be where the bradley underperforms.  You can definitely taste the difference between a wood burning offset smoker or charcoal smoker and the electric smokers, but I thought the bradley was good when I had one.
