Problems in Bradley town !

:yahoo:I have a Bradley digital four rack smoker and I have smoked several things , chickens , turkeys, tri tip , brisket , picnic roast and so on and so on , the flavor is ok but it lacks the smokey flavor I like
I have tried several flavor biscuits and still not a smokey flavor.
I smoke a picnic roast on my vision ceramic BBQ / smoker and it WONDERFUL !!
Tender , juicy and that smokey flavor I've been looking for why? Why can't the Bradley do this what am I doing wrong ? :biggrin:

Its just a different type of smoke. The pucks arent the same as charcoal or strait wood. PM Nepas as he knows the bradley's really good and Im sure he can help.
