Seasoning my mes right now. Going to fire up a meatloaf once it is done. I have a digital probe thermometer that when I use in the oven I just run out of the door. Should I do the same with it in the mes? Doesn't seem to be a good idea to run it out one of the vent holes so it seems like I should run it out the door. Any thoughts?
By the way thanks to everyone on the advice on the meatloaf as a good first thing to smoke in the mes! Probably do cheese and jerky over the next couple of days.
