New to the forum. Used a charcoal smoker for years and recently purchased a MES40 to mainly do snack sticks and other sausages. Decided to try it on some prime rib for Xmas day on the MES40 and also used the AMNPS. Turned out great!
Prime rib looks great. We also had prime for Christmas but the MRS told me I couldn't smoke it. Seasoned it and baked using the 5 minute/2 hour method and turned out great (though no smoke flavor :()
