The neighbor had some of my pulled pork last weekend & loved it. I did spare ribs on the 4th of July & brought the last couple over for them to try.
Where I need help is... he said if I find a recipe for prime rib he will by it & have me smoke it. (I think that mean they liked it)
When someone else buys the meat I don't want to screw it up. If I mess up my meat it comes out of my pocket & no one has to know I messed up. Prime Rib is $$$ Not that I am nervous but I want a good lot of smoker recipes to choose from & come up with my own from the lot. I also need an idea on the time needed. I also need to know the best internal temp to reach.
