President's Day Smoke

It is what the founding fathers would want, smoked meat in celebration of not having to go to work.

I have this pork butt going on in a few minutes, then they will be followed by some brats that I soaked over night in a dark beer (blue moon's Rounder) and some onions, and I will throw on a turkey breast later this afternoon.

Bummer, when you're retired you don't get off on Presidents Day. LOL

Oh man, not off on President's Day? That puts a dent I my plans for February of 2050.

In any event I will shred this up and make a few sandwiches.
