Well the masses were pleased. I must have done something right.

As always I made WAY too much food. 1 butt would have been fine. Had to make chicken as well as my in-laws don't eat pork so we had breasts and thighs which were grilled.

Sent everyone home with a lot of food and still have enough to feed an army.

Will be bringing some in to work tomorrow. Freezing some and giving more away to other people around the neighborhood.
