I’m sure you know this but to be safe it should be added at specific levels as well. At too high a level it is toxic. Again,likely you know this but better safe than sorry. I’ve seen posts before of people using insane amounts.

This last go around on Jerky I used 1/8 TSP per pound and I use a app with a calculator for my bacon recipe based on weight.
