Pot question

So group.. Does it make a difference if the 32 qt is aluminum or stainless steel?

I have the aluminum pot and seems to work just fine.

I think most of the jumbo builds use a stainless pot. Other than the cost, I think the performance would be similar.

As stated either is fine. Stainless is harder to drill and cut so you have to have the proper tools to do the job.
