Any folks ever try this? Dunno if there's a special name for it... Anyway...I save all the small bits of leftovers from briskets, butts, smoked skirt meat, etc. over a couple months and vac seal and freeze 'em. Then I'll make a pot of what's known in my house as "BBQ". I chunk/pull all the meat, and mix in chopped celery, onion, and even sometimes a small chunked tomato along with some of my BBQ sauce and a like amount of water. Then I'll simmer it all slow till it gets back close to the consistancy the sauce was to start. Serve on good hearty style buns.
