All I can say is that is not nice at all. Where I work I thank our janitor every day because of all the new protocols in place his job has become so much more difficult to do and hasn’t gotten any help doing it. To be honest I can think of a lot more coworkers I wouldn’t have a problem calling out but our custodian is not one of them. Just my .02 cents.

Nowadays the up and comers are a bunch of " Snowflakes" that will try to make a big stink over a little prank . Not saying that's the case everywhere but I saw a lot of cry babies in my trade and I retired . Not enough with broad shoulders that can handle a little ribbing.
