Chef Jimmy J sent a variety of locally made goodies from Emporium PA

WAY TOO COOL!! I did an off-the-record exchange with Jimmy and got some of the same stuff. Cannot wait to try out the hoagie sauce and peppers!!

Gonna love this stuff!!
Robert

Here's mine. I was paired with Randy shoebe shoebe and we did an amazing exchange!! Here is most of what he sent. Some of it has already been devoured :emoji_astonished:

I know there are a few things missing from this pic but I grabbed this quickly for the sake of taking the pic. Needless to say, we didn't pay much attention to the $20 recommended limit :emoji_laughing: This was a fantastic time and I cannot wait for next year!!

Awed by the generosity,
Robert

We just finished building this in NE PA, Going up tomorrow to get furniture delivered...needless to say it was a lite present year for the wife and I. Now lets see how often we actually use it. Already have a CL bought masterbuilt smoker and a blackstone grill/griddle combo waiting to go in.

My friend Robert tx smoker tx smoker sent me some spices while he and his wife were in Kansas. Some of it should probably be handled while wearing a respirator! Am very much looking forward to trying this.
Thinking up some ideas. My first might be either spicy pickles. Or a spicy dipping sauce for veggies or pot stickers.

Santa saw fit to have a set of top-of-the-line welders gloves under the tree after touching the firebox of the SQ36 for just a second a couple of weeks ago. Also a pair of bear claws and a new apron featuring a Bob look alike.

Also a little something for my single malt sweet tooth. RAY

Hee hee hee.... sneaked up on ya' when you wasn't looking :emoji_astonished: The only problem is we can't read the labels and I don't remember what the Hell I sent you. I have a feeling though that the XXX hot (sounds almost pornographic) cayenne and habanero may very well bring a pretty big bang to the party. I didn't taste the habanero but did taste the cayenne. That stuff will reach up and slap you if'n you're not careful with it!! Can't wait to see what you do with it. i may well have to get online and order some of that stuff for myself when I see your experiments.

Got slapped by the cayenne...yes I did,
Robert

Cool stuff Ray!! You can keep the gloves and bear claws but I'd like the Scotch and the puppy....please :emoji_laughing:

Thinking probably not,
Robert

Well Robert, the scotch has already been opened for sampling, we couldn't ship a open container across state lines. Bob's AKC name is Net Profits Rockin' Robert. Wouldn't that just be one too many Robert's in the house? Besides, Bob comes with baggage. After cuddling with Bob for a night your wife would most likely tell you to sleep in the guest bed! RAY
