I already have an ECB that i started smoking with earlier in the year and recently found a really cheap smoker for $30 on craigslist. Im mainly going to get it so i can smoke a couple things at once. It looks like a brinkmann but dont know the model yet, im waiting for a reply but was wondering if anyone is familiar with it and how good it is. Also what is the best way to clean it out?
