Got a couple nice steaks from the best butcher in town and Not sure if it’s a real porterhouse since it’s not 2” thick but it’s very good and the porks shots were out of bounds. The shots have some chicken sausage at the bottom then cream cheese and a nice little block of cheese. Smoked it up with white oak and apple at 225. Steaks took under a hour and pork shots 1.5 hours, steak got evo garlic oil, salt and pepper

this is how clean the exhaust is after starting my fire and the meat was put on before lighting it. More pics coming. Pork shots are highly recommended. Just learned about them this week

Moto the steak looks awesome. Never tried shots with chicken sausage - ummmm.

Everything looks Mighty Tasty, Moto!!
I'd be all over that stuff!
Like.
FYI:
The thickness of the steak itself has nothing to do with whether it's a Porterhouse or not.
"If the width of the tenderloin is 1 1/2 inches or larger it is called porterhouse, anything less is a t-bone."

Thanks Chris this butcher gets good meat!and did you notice the Broken HF knife, the handle couldn’t stand the pressure cutting a small chunch of cheese. It’s good for meats tho but obviously nothing that takes little muscle, so be carful if u get one. Give the pork shots a try there very good.
