Portable grill replacement.

While cruising around the internet looking for a new thermometer. I also was looking for a replacement portable grill to replace the cheap one I bought some years ago. It is looking rough even though it is still doing a good job for the meals that require only a small cook surface instead of firing up the gas grill or larger charcoal grill. I'm looking at the Weber Smokey Joe premium portable charcoal grill 14". The size is perfect for the nights when I'm just throwing a few burgers or such on the grill. Anyone have this one? Your thoughts?

Thanks. From all I heard they are good grills. I had a Weber charcoal grill a long time ago. But through youth and lack of know how I got disgusted with the results. And went to gas. Been there since recently. Now being a old fart with the patience that comes with age. I've learned the value of charcoal. Just wanted to know if they still have the same quality that I remember from over 30 years ago.

As with everything these days...they don't make em like they used to. I believe they are made in China these days, but the quality is still really high in my book. I am a bit biased however, I've only owned Webers!

True. And I know from past purchases of other legacy items that things/quality changes. I'll risk it. I just ordered this grill. Thanks all for the input.
