So being a Schwans man has some advantages.. One being food.. HAHA..

Anyway I brined these up then after 5 hours fired up the UDS and rubbed them down with spog and brown sugar (held back on the salt because the brine was salty) I tried the rub mixture I used and wow that tastes good without even cooking it haha. Gonna run them up to 140 then pull and savor the flavor. Will update thread when I pull them in an hour.

My UDS, The bean can is duel purpose, I use it to create the minion effect with the charcoal then use it as my stack after its lit. Works perfect.
