Jeff I working on putting your recipe into Paprika Manager and wish would of seen this yesterday.. I was making the Big Man Keto Honey and when I followed his directions than when added to the pot it had some lumps I could not get out. I hit it with the Boat Motor Blender and guess its air bubbles I caused. Guess it wont hurt anything but your way would of been better!
  • In a small bowl, add half the warm water and 1 tsp xanthan gum. Whisk very well, until the xanthan gum has mostly dissolved.

I have went back to using xanthan usually. A huge trick I learned in the last few months is to dissolve xanthan in fat. Ir you mix it in a little oil or butter it's 100% no lumps. Crazy how good it works.

I got all the meat marinading. I somehow managed to buy 2 bags of Tandoori Masala powder. One was the brand you used but your image looks yellow and this red? No big deal. Will I use the same amount of xanthan as Glucomannon? On the pork bites I thinking about same amount of each dry ingredients?

Not sure why the color would be different. That is a great brand for Indian spices. It's Tandoori Masala correct? There are many versions of masala. On the glucomannon maybe start with half. You can always add more but if you overshoot it's harder to fix. Nice thing about the glucomannon is that it does not get slimy like xanthan does if you use too much. I'm not sure what dry ingredients you are talking about for the pork bites? I will say for the pork bites the chutney really make that dish sing.

garam masala
tandoori masala,
espresso powder
