~~Wanted to cook up some pork steaks on the grill last night. So I headed out to the market got my supplies and headed home. First thing I did was season the pork with some plowboys yardbird rub. Then I seasoned the veggies up and headed out to set up the grill for an indirect cook. Used some r/o lump with four small pieces of peach wood for the fire. Put the pork steaks on the grill sat back had a few brews and couple makers mark neat. Let the pork get happy and threw the veggies on the genesis. At the end of the cook I threw on some veggie beans which I doctored up with a little brown sugar some bbq sauce and cayenne pepper. Here's the fruit of my labor in pics.
