Rich, sorry to hear of the Diverticulitis. Rosanne suffered with that for years, until she had her Gall Bladder removed. After 6-8 months it was gone, no reccurrence in 30 + years. Just a possibility.

Sounds like she had gallbladder problems . Lol . It might have aggravated the condition , but it won't correct or reverse it . Happy she's no longer bothered by it .

beautiful pork steaks, and they are one of our favorite meals right there .

All right. I going to give those pork steaks a try. Just checked gas bottle to make sure it not empty on the E410 and grill this weekend. Knowing me I will find a way to dry them out

What a phenomenal meal Rich… pork steaks are very high on my fav list. Then add the rest of your meal… just a home run bud! Very nicely done! And that pickle salsa looks very intriguing!

I have a bunch in the freezer now . Been cutting my own , then they finally went on sale around July 4th . I have a couple that been dry brining for a couple days . Need to get them cooked today .
