I went to the grocery wanting for smoke some pork, but I looked at nothing but prices (this was my goal, I want to make something delicious AND cheap)

I got four packs of these CSR. CSRs have been on my list of “wants” to make, but I’ve never done them before.

I’m doing them on my Lang smoker, and I am doing a Korean Thai chili style, but I need some help with the cook time and temp.

I usually run at 250, but how do I cook these? To temp? Certain time? Any input would be appreciated.

Love smoked CSR, when Ive done them, I do it to temp, but I run them at 225 which takea 3-4hrs I think

Great, thanks. I can certainly dial the temps down a bit. Preciate it Kevin!

I smoke on grate until 170 an then pan with a little apple juice finish to 205.
