Hey guys,

I'm looking to smoke 2 pork butts and 2 briskets on my Traeger this Sunday (Done around 5ish).

Can I do them both at the same time? And if so, does anyone have an in-depth recipes I could use? I want to avoid injection, and (if all possible) start the smoke early Sunday morning.
