What are the best ribs you ever tasted? Besides your own that is.

Had some at the best in the west rib cookoff from Butchs Smack Your Lips BBQ. Also was at the south FL gathering and was able to Judge and the ones that jarjarchef made were pretty special.

I'm usually underwhelmed when it come to BBQ places. I still always go there, but it usually does not live up to home cooked. There is a small local place here that makes great ribs Canyon Joe's.

I haven't eaten restaurant ribs since I don't know when, many years is my best guess. I don't recall anyone cooking ribs for me, either. Same goes for pulled pork.
