Pork Picnic on sale

Meijer has pork picnic on sale .99 per lb. Can it be used for pulled pork or sausage?

Any listing with "picnic" in it means lower leg. Yes you can pull it but I don't bother any more lots of waste. Its a much better deal to get there shoulder for 1.49 and you don't need to even trim it. No fat waste at all, rinse dry ready to rub. At least the ones I get at Petoskey Meijer are.

Last Boston Butt we bought were Sam's Club @ .96 per pound.  (may have been 86 or 83, but for sure less than a buck)
