Pork over beef or other way?

I am smoking two butts tomorrow and my first chuckie. I will be using my MES should I have the butts at a higher level than the beef or the beef on the top level? Any advice would be appreciated.

I would put the butts on the top and let them help baste the chuckie..Good luck with your smoke and don't forget the qview.

I go use this rule of thumb...
Beef over chicken, pork over everything.... Nothing wirong with pork fat basting everything!
