Hello all, so the wife comes home from the store with some little 1 pound pork loins...how cute. She got like 10 of them, thinking they were pork loins, (and they were on sale). Nope, pork loin tips.
So, my question, being new to smoking, what would be the best way to prepare these cute little pieces of loin?
 
I would cook like a loin but they will cook quick. Dont go much above 145IT. You could brine them if you want.

Maybe just grill them instead of smoking??

Since you have 10 you could experiment some.
 
Cure one for Canadian bacon , and then there were nine ....
