So Im new here, been doing a lil smoking for a few years but far from a pro. I got the urge to smoke something tomorrow so I picked up a small pork loin roast. Never cooked this cut before but let's give it a try. I coated it with mustard and then rubbed it down now it's hanging in the fridge till tomorrow morning. Any suggestions will be accepted.

It looks tasty. If you will start a new thread  in the pork section and tell everyone what

you did it would be great.
Happy smoken.
